Stables is a spacious single level ground floor cottage with three bedrooms sleeping 6 which faces west towards the coast and golf course.  You step inside the front door to a large open plan coastal themed living area with sofas, coffee table and an electric fire.  There is a dining area seating six people with an additional highchair available if needed.  From the living area step into the open plan newly fitted kitchen. 

The kitchen is equipped with everything you’ll need to cater for your group, including an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave and storage space.

From the hallway you will find the three bedrooms, the master bedroom has a kingsize bed with an ensuite.  There are two further bedrooms, a double and a twin and the main bathroom which has a bath with shower over, a sink and WC.   

To the side of the property is a patio area and garden looking across the first tee of Ivyleaf golf course to the coastline in the distance.  The garden is enclosed and has a picnic bench for your outdoor dining, a bbq and a couple of sunloungers.   There is parking for approximately 3 cars by the property.
