Booking and payment methods

All bookings can be secured by a deposit or full payment.  Deposits are 25% of the total cost of the booking and balances are payable 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.  Failure to pay the balance on time may result in the loss of your deposit and cancellation of your booking. 

We appreciate sometimes situations can change resulting in a change in your holiday plans. We strongly advise you take out your own holiday insurance to cover you should you have to cancel. We advise that your insurance should also cover any losses, injury, travel cost and accommodation cost.  If you have to cancel your holiday, you must telephone or e-mail us as soon as possible.  If we are able to re-let the property, the balance will be refunded to you but you will forfeit your deposit.  If we are unable to re-let, you will lose all monies paid by you at the time of cancellation. However, we will do our absolute best to work with you to reschedule you holiday wherever possible.

The property is available from 3.30 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure.
